Getting Started

If you already own a property, we start there. If you’re looking for a customized home in a specific community, we support you through the buying process. We’ll walk through potential homes with you and your realtor to assess feasibility, layout potential, scope, and high-level pricing - before you make an offer. This early involvement helps ensure the home you’re buying is the right candidate for a full renovation and aligns with your goals and budget.

Planning & Pre-Construction

Once you decide to move forward, we take the lead on consulting, planning, pre-construction design, and permitting. Layouts are refined, selections are made, and the project is fully planned while you’re waiting for possession - keeping momentum and eliminating downtime. This phase ensures the renovation is thoughtfully designed and ready to execute the moment the home is in your hands.

Renovation & Execution

When you receive the keys, construction begins. A full-scale home renovation typically takes 4–6 months, depending on scope. Our team manages the trades, schedule, and execution to deliver a cohesive, move-in-ready result.

Move In

You move into a custom home that was planned, designed, and renovated specifically for you - from day one. No piecemeal updates. No living through construction. Just a finished home that reflects how you live and the community you chose!
